About/Contact/Shipping Policy/etc.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in my parts!

PPS was created out of desperation in late 2019/early 2020. It is my last ditch effort of chasing my dream of being self employed!

Currently PPS is ran by me, Bob. I am the only employee, and I handle every aspect of the business.

Being a solo ran company, I do my very best to keep on top of things however sometimes there is just too much to do in one day.

I am currently at a 1-9 day shipping time. As in, it will take me about 1-3 business days to ship your order in your selected speed. If you place an order overnight shipped, it will be shipped overnight... in about 1-9 days.

Backorders and Preorders (BOPO) are shipped in order they are received. Any order with a BOPO part in it will be held back until the whole order is ready to ship complete. If you are in a rush for something specific, say a Motor Mount, and you can wait on a Differential Cap that is on back order, Please place two separate orders.

If you need to contact me for anything, the best and fastest way to reach me is through Facebook Messenger. Facebook.com/practicalproto is the PPS Facebook page. You can send me a message through there and I will get back to you ASAP.

For the sake of saving me spam emails that I do not have the time to read and filter through I do not post my full email. Again, I run this ship solo, and the second I post my email on this website, the spambots grab it. I will give you a hint though, It may be Practical Prototype Solutions at Google Mail dot com without the spaces. Oh and at this time I do not sponsor anyone, nor do I plan to. (To save some people the time of typing out that long and thoughtful "Will you sponsor me? Email".)

If you place an order through the website and have a question about your order, you may simply reply to it, and it goes directly to me.

As for coupon codes, I cannot turn the coupon code box off (I wish I could!).. but I do not use codes. I feel it's an unfair way to run my business. I price my parts at the lowest point I can sell them at for my time invested. For me to run a 10 or 20% code, I would have to raise my prices 10 or 20%, then publish a code somewhere for some people to find it. Those people would get to pay the lower price and think they are getting a deal, while others will miss out on the code and be forced to pay the inflated price. This is exactly what ALL retailers who run off of codes do, and they accept the no-code orders as a bonus. To me, I feel like I just cheated someone. So long story short, I do not play pricing games, and do not have or use coupon codes.

That's about it for now. This has been my semi annual website update. Stay tuned in 6 months for possibly a more refined and potentially more professional look... Until then, I'd rather be making parts than fiddling around with a website!
